This depends on the brand, model and availability from the manufacture at the time of purchase. Once the generator is ready, in most cases freight to the main areas within NSW, VIC and QLD takes 1-2 days. It may take slightly longer if you live in a remote area, or if you are located in Western Australia, South Australia or Northern Territory.

The service schedule depends on the generator model and how frequently it is in use. Some models with higher usage may benefit from a monthly service, some every 3 months and others only require a yearly service.
